Makeup Makeover again!

Hi dolls! This is pictures of a makeup makeover I did for a friend of mine. I used emerald green eyeshadow with black liner on the top lid and brown liner in the waterline. The lips are just a pale pink. Let me know what you think.

Some pretty big news!

So I just set up a Model Mayhem profile earlier this week to be able to network with photographers and models in my area. I responded to a casting call for a makeup artist that a photographer had posted. We started chatting and he asked if I had ever done any modeling. I told him no but I had thought about it when I was younger. He asked me to send him a full body snapshot because he thinks I will do good as a model and MUA! Really excited! I sent the photo below as my full body snapshot. Leave comments on what you think. Please be nice though...

Makeover on my friend

 Hi dolls! This is the make-up look that I did on my friend earlier today. I used turquoise and bronze eyeshadows with black eyeliner. The rest of the look is pretty neutral with a pink nude lip and minimal blush. Let me know what you think.

  

Makeover Time!

Hi dolls! Hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday! I'm about to give one of my friends a makeover :) I haven't decided if I want to a neutral look or if I want to go all out with some trendy colors. Guess we will see later...I will post pictures of how it turns out.

1950's Pin-Up Look

Hi dolls! Hope everyone had a wonderful first half of the week! This is my first try at a 1950's pin-up style look. The products I used are Dinair airbrush foundation, Ulta Camel eyeshadow to contour, a combination of Ulta blushes in Afternoon Delight and Heartbreaker, NYX Rock & Roll palette, NYX Champagne and Caviar palette, Physicians Formula gel eyeliner in black, and Ulta lipstick in 207. My First Blog...Ever!

Hi Everyone! So this is my first blog post...ever! I'm super excited to start blogging! I guess I will start off by telling everyone a little about myself. I'm 23 years old. I've been married to a wonderful man for 3 1/2 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I concentrated in Finance for my degree and worked in accounting and banking for the past 5 years. I realized about a year ago that I was very unhappy working behind a desk all day and not being creative at all so I have decided to embark on the journey of doing makeup freelance. I have always loved cosmetics and doing women's makeup. I am a makeup and skin care junkie and absolutely love the feeling of making a woman feel more confident! I will be posting some photos of my recent work over the next week so please check back and leave comments!
